Affiliate partners are responsible for providing complete and accurate trip information, including passenger contact information, passenger and luggage counts, pickup and destination information, flight or aircraft information when applicable, and any special service requirements.

Known reservation changes should be communicated to Elan Limousine Service as soon as reasonably possible so we can make every reasonable effort to accommodate them, subject to vehicle, chauffeur, and operational availability.

Confirmed reservations are governed by the applicable Affiliate Booking & Operations Policy, Affiliate Cancellation Policy, service-specific reservation terms, the Confirmed Reservation, and any expressly accepted Affiliate-specific written terms.
