Affiliate Cancellation Policy

At Elan Limousine Service, we value our affiliate partners and aim to provide reliable, professional transportation. To ensure smooth operations, all affiliates are expected to follow this cancellation and modification policy.

 

 

Cancellation Notice

​

​

  • Affiliates must provide notice of cancellation of 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

 

Airline-Related Cancellations (Affiliate Clients)

​

  • If a client’s trip must be canceled due to airline delays or cancellations beyond the control of the affiliate or Elan Limousine Service, we will work with the affiliate to reschedule the trip whenever possible.

  • If the affiliate is a partner on the Limo Anywhere network, a credit toward a future reservation may be issued.

  • All other reservations are final once payment is received, and refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

  • This policy ensures that Elan Limousine Service can cover operational costs and maintain availability for other clients, while still offering rescheduling or credit options when feasible.

 

Cancellation Fees

​

  • 24+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Non-refundable.

  • No-show / Day-of cancellation: Non-refundable and non-negotiable.

  • All Indy 500, Brickyard 400, Kentucky Derby, Weddings and Proms are non-refundable
