Indianapolis International Airport
Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all commercial airport transportation to and from Indianapolis International Airport (IND).

Cancellation timeframes are calculated based on the scheduled pickup date and time listed on your reservation confirmation.

 

Standard Cancellation Window

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup will be charged the full reservation amount.

Commercial airport reservations are scheduled, staffed, and assigned in advance. Vehicles removed from availability within 24 hours cannot typically be reassigned.

 

Airline Cancellation – Weather or Operational Disruption

If your flight is officially canceled by the airline due to weather or operational circumstances:

• You must notify our office as soon as possible.
• A credit will be issued for the amount paid.
• Credits must be used within 90 days of the original reservation date.

Flight delays, schedule changes, or missed connections do not qualify as cancellations under this policy.

 

After Vehicle Dispatch

Once a vehicle has been dispatched toward the airport, residence, hotel, or designated pickup location:

• The reservation becomes non-refundable.
• Full charges will apply.

 

No-Show Policy

A no-show includes:

• Failure to arrive at the designated pickup location
• Failure to communicate within the required cancellation window
• Providing incorrect flight or pickup information
• Cancellation after vehicle dispatch

No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount, including any applicable wait time, parking, tolls, airport access fees, or additional operational charges.
