Deposit, Cancellation
and Refund Policies
1. Deposit Requirement

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.

If only the deposit is paid, the full balance must be paid 1 day prior to the scheduled reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
-
More than 24 hours notice: You’ll receive credit toward a rescheduled flight if the cancellation is due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
-
Less than 24 hours notice (except for weather or unforeseen circumstances): No refunds will be issued.

After vehicle dispatch: No refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
3. Late Cancellation (Non-Weather Related)

If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior for non-weather-related reasons, the full reservation amount will be billed to the card on file.
4. Client Responsibility for Flight Updates

You are responsible for updating the dispatch office on any flight changes, delays, cancellations, or tail number updates.

If no updates are given, additional charges may apply due to unnecessary wait times past your scheduled arrival time.
5. Wait Time

A 15-minute grace period after flight arrival is allowed; after that, wait time charges apply if we have not been notified.

If no delay is communicated and a vehicle is dispatched, wait time charges will be applied.
6. Account Holders

Account holders are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policies.

Full reservation charge applies if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

Credit card and signature are required for all account holders.
7. No Show or Cancellation Upon Arrival

If you are a no-show or cancel upon arrival without prior contact before dispatch, the full reservation amount, along with any additional charges (wait time, tolls, parking fees), will be billed.
